How can I contact Bountiful Basket? Our business hours are Monday through Saturday 8 am to 6 pm PST. You are welcome to e-mail Bountiful Basket at (info@thebountifulbasket.com) or place an order online. You can also call us toll free at 877-425-2203. Which credit cards do you accept? We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express. Can I send balloons to local hospitals? Yes! Most patients love to receive balloons. Due to latex allergies, we can only deliver Mylar and bubble balloon bouquets to hospitals. Do you deliver to hospitals or ship the gift? Yes we deliver to the following hospitals: We do not recommend shipping to a hospital. We prefer to ship to a residential address if possible. We would be happy to help you locate a gift basket provider near the hospital that can deliver a gift for you. Will the basket that I order look the same as the picture? We are always looking for fresh, new products and containers. Our inventory is constantly changing and for the most part, your gift basket will look the same but will probably look better! Due to the availability of products and containers, we reserve the right to substitute products of equal or greater value. |
