Bountiful Basket shipping policies and information

The price of your gift basket does not include shipping or hand delivery. Shipping charges will be shown on the final page of the shopping cart.

Bountiful Basket is not responsible for orders sent to incorrect addresses such as addresses missing apartment numbers, suite numbers or if the recipient has moved etc. Packages returned to us due to wrong address information will be subject to a $15.00 per carton wrong address charge.

Orders received before 12:00 pm PST, Monday through Thursday will usually be shipped the same day. Orders received on Fridays, weekends and holidays will be shipped the next business day.

Multiple baskets being shipped to the same address will be quoted on an individual basis. Please call for a quote.

We cannot guarantee transit times with any carrier. The price you pay for expedited service is subject to change based on the items shipped. Shipping delays may occur during the holidays.

UPS is our preferred carrier. Please see the UPS transit time map below for an estimated delivery time.West coast 1-3 days, Midwest 2-4 days, East coast 5-6 days. UPS does not deliver on weekends or holidays.

Alaska and Hawaii packages will be shipped USPS with delivery confirmation and will incur additional costs. Most Priority Mail packages will arrive in 2-3 days but are not guaranteed.

Please be sure that the recipient’s information is entered accurately including name, address, apartment/condo/suite number, city, state and zipcode.
